- Verhoging van de doorstroomcapaciteit van het UK magazijn.
- Ontwerp en implementatie van een nieuw distributiecentrum voor de integratie van de adidas en Reebok merknamen. Dit DC beschikt over een “ state-of–the-art” materials handling oplossing die zorgt voor een hoge productiviteit en efficiency.
Total Logistics provided a supply chain rationalisation solution to adidas. The successful project consolidated four distribution centres into a single, new 30,000 m2 facility at Trafford Park in Manchester, providing cost savings as well as capacity to deal with future volumes and expansion.
